Premium quality deserves premium design and surfacing
Recently, we supported the Versuni Design team in designing the new-generation DST 6000 series steam iron. Although this is a next-generation product, the overall construction has been renewed and the housing has received a new build-up. Thanks to our experienced team, we were able to develop an outstanding parting concept and manufacturing approach to accommodate the seamless design appearance of the overall body.
PUSHING BOUNDARIES
Good design, for us, is always about how far you can stretch opportunities and sometimes go beyond that. Following the design language of Philips Home products can sometimes be challenging, especially when it comes to organic shapes. We have to maintain good control over shapes, curves, and overall form. With this new design, we managed to find a great balance between the dynamism of the product category while also pushing the boundaries of manufacturing.
